CoQ10 Softgels
Coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10) is a compound the body makes itself. It takes part in energy production inside the mitochondria of cells.
What the research can and cannot tell us
The body's own CoQ10 levels tend to fall with age, and some cholesterol medicines (statins) lower blood levels of CoQ10. Research on CoQ10 supplements, including early research related to fertility, is still limited. CoQ10 is not a fertility treatment and is not proven to slow aging. CoQ10 may interact with warfarin, so ask your doctor first if you take it.
