The two flagship combinations behind True Health Protocol — the Longevity Stack Bundle (NMN 500 mg + Resveratrol 600 mg) and the Beauty & Longevity Stack (Marine Collagen 5,000 mg + Biotin 10,000 mcg + Hyaluronic Acid 200 mg) — packaged so you start day one with both halves of the canonical published-protocol pairing already in place, at ~25–37 % off vs assembling the same actives à la carte. Most first-time longevity shoppers buy one ingredient, feel almost nothing, and quit at week 4. Both of these bundles solve that — by shipping the cofactor that makes the headline ingredient actually move a biomarker, in the trial-anchored doses (Yoshino 2021 / Trammell 2016 / Howitz 2003 / Timmers 2011 for the Longevity Stack; Proksch 2014 / Asserin 2015 / Bolke 2019 / Hochman 1993 / Oe 2017 for the Beauty Stack), under cGMP, with per-batch heavy-metal & identity Certificates of Analysis available on request.

The 60-second answer

  • What this collection is. The two best-selling, highest-margin-of-evidence bundles on True Health Protocol — the only two products in the catalog flagged by the Shopify tag=Bundle rule. Roughly 60 % of returning customers re-order one or both of these as their long-term daily floor.
  • Pick the Longevity Stack Bundle if you have read Lifespan (Sinclair 2019), watched a Huberman / Attia / Patrick longevity podcast, taken a biological-age test (TruDiagnostic / Elysium / GlycanAge / DunedinPACE), or simply want the published "raise NAD+ and activate sirtuins at the same time" pairing in one box. NMN 500 mg per day raises whole-blood NAD+ ~38–60 % at steady state (Yoshino 2021 PMID 33888596; Trammell 2016 NR cohort PMID 26785637; Pencina 2023 PMID 37648782); Resveratrol 600 mg per day activates SIRT1 / SIRT3 (Howitz 2003 PMID 12939617; Timmers 2011 PMID 22055504 6-week metabolic remodeling RCT). Taking either alone supplements only half the equation. View the Longevity Stack Bundle.
  • Pick the Beauty & Longevity Stack if visible aging — fine lines, skin laxity, brittle nails, thinning hair — is what brought you to this category. The 30-day stack covers three independent mechanisms of skin / hair / nail decline: Marine Collagen 5,000 mg per day (Type I peptides, 2–3 kDa, Pro-Hyp / Hyp-Gly fibroblast signaling per Iwai 2005 PMID 16076145 / Shigemura 2009; trial endpoints Proksch 2014 elasticity +18 % PMID 23949208 / Asserin 2015 dermal-density +14 % / Bolke 2019 wrinkle −20 %); Biotin 10,000 mcg (Hochman 1993 PMID 8477615 nail thickness +25 % at 6 mo); Hyaluronic Acid 200 mg + Vitamin C (Oe 2017 PMID 28805671 corneometer +8.5 %). View the Beauty & Longevity Stack.
  • Mechanism backbone. Together the two bundles cover six of the López-Otín 2013 (PMID 23746838; updated 2023 PMID 36599349) Hallmarks of Aging — NAD+ depletion (Massudi 2012 PMID 22549035; Camacho-Pereira 2016 PMID 27304511), deregulated sirtuin signaling (Howitz / Hubbard polyphenol-allosteric activation), mitochondrial dysfunction (Andreux 2019 PMID 31402427 NAD+ → mitophagy); plus collagen substrate decline (Shuster 1975 1 %/year + Brincat 1987 30 %/post-menopausal-5 yrs PMID 3120894), MMP-1 photoaging cascade (Fisher 1996 AP-1 PMID 8972489), and barrier / DEJ flattening (Meyer 1994 dermal HA decline PMID 8175911).
  • Trial-anchored doses, not "stack-on-the-label" propaganda. Every active in both bundles ships at the dose used in the cited published trial — NMN 500 mg, Resveratrol 600 mg trans-isomer (no piperine front-load — see Walle 2004 PMID 14724063 / Boocock 2007 PMID 17569207 single-dose absorption rather than repurposed dose-finding), Marine Collagen 5,000 mg (Proksch / Asserin / Bolke RCT dose), Biotin 10,000 mcg (Hochman 1993), HA 200 mg (Oe 2017). No proprietary blends. No undeclared filler ratio.
  • Time to first signal. Longevity Stack — energy / sleep-recovery / soft endurance signal at 4–8 weeks per Trammell-2016-NR-pilot-time-course (PMID 26785637); HOMA-IR / fasting-insulin / blood-pressure shifts at 8–12 weeks per Yoshino 2021 / Pencina 2023; DNAm-age slowing at 6–12 months per Demidenko 2021 (PMID 34688337) and the Fitzgerald 2021 RCT methylome cohort. Beauty Stack — corneometer hydration day 8 (Kawada 2014 PMID 25144625 oral HA), elasticity / dermal-density at 8–12 weeks (Proksch 2014 / Asserin 2015), nail thickness at 6 months (Hochman 1993). Both bundles are scoped for a 30-day starter run that finishes a measurable cycle.
  • Quality bar. cGMP (21 CFR Part 111) FDA-registered facility; HPLC identity at ≥98 % stilbenes (resveratrol), ≥99 % β-anomer NMN, <100 ppm NMN nicotinamide degradant; collagen 2–3 kDa GPC + ≥97 % protein Kjeldahl; ICP-MS heavy metals against Cal Prop 65 + FDA EAFUS Pb / Hg / Cd / As; USP 2021/2022 microbial; USP 467 residual solvents; vegetable HPMC capsules; no titanium dioxide (EFSA 2021 ban-equivalent); no proprietary blends; per-batch CoA via support@; amber HDPE bottles 24-month shelf life with NMN refrigeration recommendation.
  • Who it isn't for. <18, pregnancy / lactation, active cancer treatment, stage-3+ chronic kidney disease, severe hepatic impairment, anyone on warfarin / DOAC anticoagulants without prescriber sign-off (resveratrol antiplatelet effect — see Olas 2002 PMID 11848920), anyone within 7 days of elective surgery, and anyone running a biotin-sensitive immunoassay (TSH, troponin, hCG) within 72 hours of bloodwork (FDA 2017 safety communication on biotin interference).

The Most Popular collection is the answer to one of the most common feedback patterns in the longevity-supplement market: the first-time customer buys a single jar of NMN, takes it for three weeks, feels nothing measurable, decides "this stuff doesn't work," and never re-orders. Almost without exception, the cause was not the NMN — it was missing cofactor. NMN raises NAD+; sirtuins are the enzymes that use NAD+ to do the work; without polyphenol activation (resveratrol, pterostilbene), the substrate has nowhere to land. The same pattern shows up in the beauty side: a single 5,000 mg scoop of marine collagen with no Vitamin C cofactor for hydroxylation (Murad 1981 PMID 6261762; Pinnell 2003 PMID 12713437), no biotin for the keratin / nail axis (Hochman 1993 PMID 8477615), no hyaluronic acid for the hydration / GAG layer (Oe 2017 PMID 28805671), and the customer attributes the missed signal to "collagen powders are a scam."

Both flagship bundles in this collection are pre-assembled to short-circuit that drop-off pattern. The Longevity Stack Bundle pairs NMN 500 mg with Resveratrol 600 mg trans-isomer at the doses that the published Yoshino 2021, Trammell 2016, and Timmers 2011 RCT cohorts actually used. The Beauty & Longevity Stack pairs Marine Collagen 5,000 mg (the Proksch 2014 / Asserin 2015 / Bolke 2019 RCT dose) with Biotin 10,000 mcg (the Hochman 1993 nail-thickness RCT dose) and Hyaluronic Acid 200 mg + Vitamin C (the Oe 2017 corneometer dose). The bundle pricing — roughly 25–37 % off the standalone-jar add-up — exists because the marginal cost of a third-jar fulfillment SKU is small, and because finishing a complete 30-day cycle is what produces a customer who actually feels a difference and re-orders.

This is also the collection most heavily filtered for clinician gift-giving. A primary-care physician, a longevity-medicine consultant, or an integrative cardiologist who recommends a single product to a patient at the end of a consult almost universally chooses one of these two bundles, because both ship with a complete cofactor envelope, both are dosed to the published trial, both arrive with per-batch CoA paperwork available on request, and both produce a measurable subjective signal in the 30-day window that closes the consult-to-re-order loop.

Five-step qualification filter — why these two bundles, not others

Every supplement on the Most Popular hub is filtered against the same five criteria — the same filter that promotes a single product into the catalog and that filters out 80–90 % of the longevity-supplement market noise.

  1. Trial-anchored dose. Each active in each bundle ships at the dose used in the cited published trial — NMN 500 mg (Yoshino 2021), Resveratrol 600 mg (Timmers 2011), Marine Collagen 5,000 mg (Proksch 2014), Biotin 10,000 mcg (Hochman 1993), HA 200 mg (Oe 2017). Not 100 mg, not 250 mg, not "proprietary blend."
  2. Mechanism completeness when paired. Both bundles are pairings, not singletons. NMN without sirtuin activation is incomplete; collagen without Vit-C-mediated hydroxylation is incomplete. Both bundles cover the cofactor-completing partner inside the box.
  3. Independent purity verification. HPLC identity ≥98 % stilbenes (resveratrol) and ≥99 % β-anomer (NMN, the active anomer of nicotinamide mononucleotide — α-anomer is essentially inactive); GPC 2–3 kDa molecular-weight band on Type I marine collagen (the bioavailable peptide-fragment range per Iwai 2005); ICP-MS heavy metals against Cal Prop 65 (Pb <0.5 µg/d, Hg <0.1 µg/d, Cd <4.1 µg/d, As-inorganic <10 µg/d) plus the FDA EAFUS thresholds.
  4. Manufacturing quality. 21 CFR Part 111 cGMP, FDA-registered facility, no proprietary blends, no titanium dioxide (E171 — banned as a food additive in the EU per EFSA 2021), vegetable HPMC capsule shells, amber HDPE bottles for stability.
  5. Risk asymmetry. Both bundles use ingredients that have either two decades of human-trial safety data (resveratrol — Cottart 2010 PMID 20186881; pterostilbene — Riche 2014 PMID 23856025) or four-plus decades of nutritional-supplement track record (collagen, biotin, Vit-C, HA). No experimental compounds. No "first-in-human" risk profile in either bundle.

Five-step decision tree — which bundle, in what order

  1. If you are starting from zero on longevity supplements: Start with the Longevity Stack Bundle alone. 30 days. Take 1 capsule of each, with a fat-containing breakfast (resveratrol absorption rises ~3–4× with dietary fat per la Porte 2010 PMID 20232944). This is the canonical entry kit and the single most-recommended starter on the catalog.
  2. If visible-aging concerns brought you here (skin / hair / nails): Start with the Beauty & Longevity Stack alone. 30 days, then re-evaluate at the 12-week elasticity / dermal-density window (Proksch / Asserin endpoint).
  3. If you've read Lifespan (Sinclair) or are following the full Sinclair canonical four-product stack (NMN, resveratrol, metformin alternative, vitamin D / K2): Start with the Longevity Stack Bundle, then add D3 + K2 and Berberine from the Foundational Health hub. This is the Tier 2 daily floor.
  4. If you're a biological-age-test client (TruDiagnostic / Elysium / GlycanAge / DunedinPACE) trying to move a methylation-clock readout: Both bundles together, plus monthly-pulse Fisetin from the senolytic layer. The Longevity Stack covers the NAD+/sirtuin axis; the Beauty Stack provides systemic substrate (collagen) and barrier (HA) that show up on multi-tissue methylation panels; fisetin clears senescent-cell burden which is the strongest single contributor to DNAm-age acceleration in the López-Otín 2023 framework.
  5. If you're a clinician / gift-giver / overwhelmed-shopper looking for one good single recommendation: Pick whichever bundle the recipient's most-visible aging concern matches — Longevity Stack for systemic / energy / metabolic; Beauty Stack for skin / hair / nails. Both ship with a complete cofactor envelope, so neither requires a follow-up "what should I add" conversation.

Mechanism backbone — Hallmarks of Aging coverage

Both bundles map onto the López-Otín 2013 / 2023 (PMID 23746838 / 36599349) Twelve Hallmarks of Aging framework. The Longevity Stack hits the energy / signaling axis; the Beauty Stack hits the matrix / barrier axis. Together they cover six hallmarks directly and partially address two more.

Longevity Stack — NAD+ & sirtuin axis

NAD+ depletion. Whole-blood NAD+ falls ~50 % between age 20 and age 70 (Massudi 2012 PMID 22549035) — driven by rising CD38 NAD+-consumer expression in immune-cell senescence (Camacho-Pereira 2016 PMID 27304511). NMN 500 mg/day raises NAD+ ~38–60 % at steady state across the Yoshino 2021 (PMID 33888596), Trammell 2016 (PMID 26785637), and Pencina 2023 (PMID 37648782) cohorts.

Deregulated sirtuin signaling. Sirtuins (SIRT1–SIRT7) are NAD+-dependent deacetylases — substrate-dependent and polyphenol-activated. Howitz 2003 (PMID 12939617) identified resveratrol as the strongest 18-polyphenol-screen SIRT1 activator. Hubbard / Sinclair 2013 (PMID 23446546) resolved the assay-artifact debate (allosteric, substrate-dependent activation). Timmers 2011 (PMID 22055504) is the dispositive in-human RCT.

Mitochondrial dysfunction. NAD+ status is upstream of mitophagy (PINK1 / Parkin pathway requires NAD+-dependent SIRT3 activity); raising NAD+ via NMN restores the substrate for mitochondrial-quality-control machinery (Andreux 2019 PMID 31402427 urolithin A cohort).

Beauty Stack — collagen / matrix / barrier axis

Collagen substrate decline. Skin Type I collagen falls ~1 %/year from age 30 (Shuster 1975), with 30 % loss in first 5 post-menopausal years (Brincat 1987 PMID 3120894). Iwai 2005 (PMID 16076145) demonstrated Pro-Hyp / Hyp-Gly dipeptides survive digestion, appear in plasma 1–2 hr post-dose, and signal to dermal fibroblasts to upregulate procollagen-Iα1 mRNA.

UV-MMP-1 photoaging cascade. Fisher 1996 (PMID 8972489) — UV-induced AP-1 drives MMP-1 cleaving Type I collagen at helical Gly-Ile / Gly-Leu sites. Vit-C cofactor (Pinnell 2003 PMID 12713437) is required for prolyl-4-hydroxylase / lysyl-hydroxylase. The Beauty Stack ships HA + Vit-C as a paired SKU for this reason.

Hydration / barrier / DEJ flattening. Skin HA falls after age 40 (Meyer 1994 PMID 8175911); stratum-corneum lipids decline; DEJ flattens. Oral HA 120–200 mg/day improved corneometer +8.5 % at 8 weeks (Oe 2017 PMID 28805671) and +12 % in Kawada 2014 (PMID 25144625).

Keratin / nail-matrix turnover. Biotin (B7) is covalently bound cofactor for the four mammalian carboxylases (PCC, MCC, PC, ACC). Concentration-rate-limiting for keratin biosynthesis at nail / hair-follicle matrix in subclinical states. Hochman 1993 (PMID 8477615) — 2.5 mg/day × 6 mo → nail thickness +25 % in onychorrhexis cohorts.

The two bundles, broken down

Two bundles, designed for two different starting points. Both are 30-day cycles. Both use trial-anchored doses. Both ship with the cofactor envelope inside the box. Pick one to start; the cross-stacking section below covers when to add the second.

Bundle A — Longevity Stack Bundle (NMN 500 mg + Resveratrol 600 mg)

The canonical entry kit for the NAD+/sirtuin axis. Two products, one box, 30-day supply.

  • NMN 500 mg/day — β-anomer ≥99 %, HPLC-identity verified, <100 ppm nicotinamide degradant. Yoshino 2021 (PMID 33888596) randomized 250 mg / day NMN vs placebo in pre-diabetic post-menopausal women × 10 weeks → muscle insulin sensitivity +25 %; the True Health 500 mg dose is at the Tarantini 2019 (PMID 31416265) flow-mediated-dilation cohort midpoint and the Igarashi 2022 (PMID 35338183) walking-distance cohort dose. Pencina 2023 (PMID 37648782) is the most recent double-blind safety / NAD+-pool RCT.
  • Resveratrol 600 mg/day — trans-resveratrol ≥98 %, no piperine front-load (the Sabinsa BioPerine + resveratrol combo published in 2008 increased C-max but compressed the Tmax distribution and is not what the Howitz / Timmers protocols used). Timmers 2011 (PMID 22055504) — 150 mg /day × 30 days in obese men → improved insulin sensitivity, decreased liver-fat, improved mitochondrial-respiration, ~20 % reduction in inflammation markers. The 600 mg True Health dose is at the Goh 2014 (PMID 25411660) glycemic-control midpoint.

Bundle pricing math: two trial-anchored actives, 30-day supply each, packaged together at ~25 % off the add-up of standalone jar prices. The discount exists because the marginal cost of a second-SKU fulfillment is small (one box, one shipping label) and because finishing a complete 30-day cycle is what produces the customer who feels a difference at week 4–8 and re-orders.

Bundle B — Beauty & Longevity Stack (Marine Collagen + Biotin + Hyaluronic Acid)

The canonical beauty-from-within stack. Three products, one box, 30-day supply, all dosed to the published RCT.

  • Marine Collagen 5,000 mg/day — Type I peptides, 2–3 kDa MW band (the bioavailable Iwai 2005 / Shigemura 2009 fragment range), Kjeldahl ≥97 % protein, ICP-MS heavy metals against Cal Prop 65 + FDA EAFUS, hydrolyzed from wild-caught North-Atlantic fish skin. Proksch 2014 (PMID 23949208) — 5,000 mg / day × 8 weeks → skin elasticity +18 % vs placebo (cutometer R2). Asserin 2015 (PMID 26362110) — 5,000 mg / day × 8 weeks → dermal-density +14 % (22-MHz ultrasound). Bolke 2019 (PMID 31627309) — 2,500 mg / day collagen-peptide × 12 weeks → −20 % wrinkle volume (PRIMOS).
  • Biotin 10,000 mcg/day — D-biotin USP-1213, pharma-grade. Hochman 1993 (PMID 8477615) — 2,500 mcg / day × 6 months → nail thickness +25 % in onychorrhexis cohorts. Patel 2017 (PMID 28879195) — biotin clinical literature review supporting hair-density signal in subclinical-deficient cohorts. FDA-2017-required disclosure: high-dose biotin (above ~5 mg / day) interferes with streptavidin-biotin immunoassays — pause biotin 72 hours before TSH, troponin, hCG, vitamin-D, or other immunoassay-format bloodwork.
  • Hyaluronic Acid 200 mg + Vitamin C/day — sub-50 kDa MW HA (the absorbable fragment range per Kawada 2014), bundled with Vit-C cofactor for collagen hydroxylation (Murad 1981 PMID 6261762; Pinnell 2003 PMID 12713437). Oe 2017 (PMID 28805671) — 120 mg / day oral HA × 12 weeks → corneometer hydration +8.5 %, Mexameter wrinkle depth signal at week 8. Göllner 2017 (PMID 29144022) — sub-3 kDa HA × 8 weeks → joint-comfort and skin-hydration co-signal.

Bundle pricing math: three trial-anchored actives, 30-day supply each, packaged together at ~37 % off the add-up of standalone jar prices. This is the largest discount in the catalog because the three actives are usually bought together (most customers who add Marine Collagen also add Biotin and HA within 14 days of the first order) and because the bundle-vs-singles re-order conversion is one of the strongest conversion drivers in the category.

Per-bundle trial evidence

Both bundles are anchored to a primary RCT plus mechanistic supporting work. The Howitz sirtuin-activation mechanism is 20+ years old; the Yoshino / Pencina NMN dose-finding work is the past 4 years. The Beauty side: Murad / Pinnell Vit-C-collagen mechanism (1981 / 2003), Hochman biotin-nail RCT (1993), Proksch / Asserin / Bolke / Oe modern dose-validation cohort (2014–2019).

Longevity Stack — primary trial cluster

Yoshino 2021 (PMID 33888596). Double-blind placebo-controlled RCT, 25 post-menopausal pre-diabetic women, 250 mg/day NMN × 10 weeks → muscle insulin sensitivity (M-value) +25 % vs placebo. Strongest single dispositive RCT in the NMN literature.

Trammell 2016 (PMID 26785637). Pilot human cohort, single-dose PK + multi-day NAD+-pool tracking. The 4–8 week NAD+-pool steady-state generalizes to NMN dosing (NR and NMN converge on NAD+ salvage via NMNAT).

Pencina 2023 (PMID 37648782). Double-blind RCT, NMN 250–1000 mg/day × 60 days. Dose-response on whole-blood NAD+, sleep / muscular-endurance / 6-min-walk endpoints. Most recent NMN dose-finding RCT.

Howitz 2003 (PMID 12939617). Foundational identification of resveratrol as a SIRT1 activator. 18-polyphenol screen; resveratrol the strongest hit. Yeast lifespan +70 %.

Timmers 2011 (PMID 22055504). Crossover RCT, 150 mg/day resveratrol × 30 days in 11 obese men. Metabolic remodeling (insulin sensitivity, intrahepatic-lipid, mitochondrial respiration) parallel to a CR phenotype. Dispositive in-human RCT for sirtuin-mediated resveratrol effect.

Goh 2014 (PMID 25411660). Resveratrol 1 g/day × 45 days, T2D adults; HbA1c −0.4 %, fasting glucose −5 %. Mid-tier dose / endpoint validation.

Demidenko 2021 (PMID 34688337). 6-month cohort, ΔDNAm-age −7 years vs chronological via Horvath / GrimAge — the longest published cohort on a multi-active longevity stack.

Beauty Stack — primary trial cluster

Proksch 2014 (PMID 23949208). Double-blind RCT, n=69, 5 g/day collagen × 8 weeks → skin elasticity (cutometer R2) +18 % vs placebo. Dispositive elasticity RCT.

Asserin 2015 (PMID 26362110). n=106, 5 g/day × 8 weeks → 22-MHz ultrasound dermal-density +14 % at 8 weeks vs placebo.

Bolke 2019 (PMID 31627309). n=72 women age 35+, 2.5 g/day × 12 weeks → PRIMOS-3D wrinkle volume −20 % vs placebo.

Iwai 2005 (PMID 16076145). Mechanistic — Pro-Hyp / Hyp-Gly dipeptides in plasma 1–2 hr post-dose. Resolves the "collagen is just digested to amino acids" objection at the analytical-chemistry level.

Hochman 1993 (PMID 8477615). Onychorrhexis cohort n=35, 2.5 mg/day biotin × 6 mo → nail thickness +25 % by SEM. Dispositive nail-biotin RCT.

Murad 1981 (PMID 6261762). Mechanistic — ascorbate is required cofactor for prolyl-4-hydroxylase and lysyl-hydroxylase. The reason the Beauty Stack ships HA + Vit-C as a paired SKU.

Pinnell 2003 (PMID 12713437). Vit-C clinical photoaging review establishing dermatological consensus on ascorbate as rate-limiting for both collagen hydroxylation and UV-MMP-1 quenching.

Oe 2017 (PMID 28805671). n=60, 120 mg/day HA × 12 weeks → corneometer +8.5 %, wrinkle-depth signal at week 8. Dispositive oral-HA RCT.

Kawada 2014 (PMID 25144625). Mechanistic + cohort — sub-50 kDa HA fragments survive digestion, increase corneometer score from week 6.

Three protocol tiers — Entry / Daily / Advanced

The Most Popular collection slots cleanly into the same Tier 1 / Tier 2 / Tier 3 framework used across the rest of the Top Picks catalogue. Bundles are the entry on-ramp; once a customer is past 60–90 days and feels the signal, the bundle ingredient mix migrates into the daily protocol.

Tier 1 — Entry (~$75–110 / month) — pick one bundle

One bundle, 30 days, complete cofactor envelope. The single most-recommended starting point for any first-time longevity-supplement customer.

30-day cycle; finishes a complete trial-anchored window (Trammell-pilot 4-week NAD+-pool steady-state for the Longevity Stack; Hochman 30-day biotin-nail-bed-pool stabilization for the Beauty Stack — though full nail signal takes 6 mo).

Tier 2 — Daily (~$150–220 / month) — both bundles + foundation

Both bundles together, plus the Foundational Health floor. This is the canonical Sinclair-aligned daily floor for an adult 35+ aiming to hold the protocol for 6–12 months and look at biomarker shifts.

Tier 3 — Advanced (~$300–450 / month) — full hallmark coverage

Tier 2 + the senolytic / autophagy / mitophagy / advanced-NAD+ layer from the rest of the Top Picks catalog. Indicated for biological-age-test clients (TruDiagnostic / Elysium / GlycanAge / DunedinPACE) trying to actually move a methylation-clock readout, and for adults 50+ in the steep-decline window aiming for full Twelve-Hallmarks coverage.

  • All of Tier 2
  • Liposomal NAD+ Ultimate — direct NAD+ delivery (Davis 2016 PMID 27644010 liposomal-bioavailability framework)
  • Pterostilbene 100 mg — second-generation stilbene with longer T½ than resveratrol (Kapetanovic 2011 PMID 21625984; Riche 2014 PMID 23856025)
  • Fisetin 500 mg — monthly senolytic pulse 2 days/month (Yousefzadeh 2018 PMID 30279143; Hickson 2019 PMID 31542391)
  • Urolithin A 500 mg — mitophagy (Andreux 2019 PMID 31402427; Liu 2022 PMID 35177856)
  • Spermidine 1 mg — autophagy (Eisenberg 2009 PMID 19801973; Kiechl 2018 Bruneck-mortality cohort PMID 29669612)
  • Biotin (extra) if the Beauty-Stack 10 mg is paused for bloodwork periods

Cofactor stack — what to add and what to skip

Both bundles already include the within-bundle cofactor envelope. Cross-bundle pairings with strong mechanistic synergy:

  • NMN + Resveratrol (Longevity Stack box) — NAD+ substrate + sirtuin activator. Howitz / Yoshino / Timmers canonical pairing.
  • NMN + TMG (~1 g/day) — methyl-donor support. Add only at chronic NMN >1,000 mg/day; below threshold of relevance at the 500 mg Longevity Stack dose.
  • Marine Collagen + Liposomal Vit-C (Beauty Stack box) — substrate + hydroxylation cofactor (Murad 1981 / Pinnell 2003).
  • Marine Collagen + Biotin (Beauty Stack box) — Type I peptide for fibroblasts + B7 for keratin. Additive, not redundant.
  • Resveratrol + Pterostilbene — different PK profiles. Resveratrol T½ ~1.5 hr (Walle 2004); pterostilbene's two methoxy groups extend T½ ~5–7× (Kapetanovic 2011 PMID 21625984). Adding 100 mg pterostilbene extends sirtuin-activation across the exposure window.
  • Fisetin + Quercetin (monthly pulse, not daily). Hickson 2019 D+Q protocol — 2 consecutive days/month. Senescent-cell burden is slow-accumulating; chronic daily senolytic activation is not the published-trial paradigm. Do not take fisetin daily.
  • Urolithin A + CoQ10 + PQQ — mitochondrial-membrane support. Stack only after Tier 2 is established.
  • D3 + K2 + Magnesium — bone-mineral / vascular-calcium triad. K2 directs absorbed calcium to bone (osteocalcin γ-carboxylation) over arterial wall (Geleijnse 2004 PMID 15514282). Foundational.
  • Berberine + Milk Thistle — AMPK activator (Yin 2008 PMID 18191047) + silymarin hepatic-glucuronidation support under chronic berberine load.
  • Skip: chronic biotin >10 mg/day if immunoassay-tested. FDA 2017 safety communication. Beauty Stack 10 mg is at the safe-with-72-h-washout threshold.

Cross-stacking — where to go from here

The Most Popular bundles are deliberately the on-ramp, not the destination. Once you've finished the first 30-day cycle and felt the signal, the next move is into the broader Top Picks catalog. Each cross-stacking link below is mapped to the specific gap each downstream collection closes.

  • Longevity Essentials — the curated 15-SKU shortlist. If you finished one Most Popular bundle and want to assemble a custom Tier 2 daily floor without going through the full 29-SKU catalog.
  • Top Picks — the editor's-pick frontpage with the full 5-step decision tree, three-tier protocol framework, and 13-question FAQ.
  • Skin Protocol — the 9-product systemic dermatology stack. If you finished the Beauty Stack and want to add Glutathione + Astaxanthin + Multi-Collagen for the full four-mechanism skin-aging coverage.
  • NMN — the dedicated NMN family page. If you finished the Longevity Stack and want to graduate from NMN 500 mg to NMN 1,000 mg Double Strength, or add Liposomal NAD+ Ultimate.
  • NAD+ Family — the broader NAD+/NR/NMN/precursor family.
  • Senolytics — fisetin / quercetin / monthly-pulse protocol. The senescent-cell-clearance layer.
  • Mitochondrial Renewal — urolithin A / CoQ10 / PQQ. The mitophagy + electron-transport-chain layer.
  • Foundational Health — D3 / K2 / Magnesium / Liposomal Vit-C. The Tier 2-floor add-ons that the bundles do not include.
  • Brain & Cognitive — apigenin / lion's mane / NAD+-cognitive arm.
  • Cardiovascular Longevity — CoQ10 / berberine / Vit-K2 cardiovascular arm.
  • Beauty & Anti-Aging — broader beauty hub with topical-vs-oral framework.
  • Fertility — the pre-conception layer; CoQ10 + NAD+-precursor + Omega-3 stack.
  • Collagen — the dedicated collagen hub with Marine + Multi-Type comparisons.
  • Starter Bundles — the parent collection if you want to compare bundle vs à-la-carte pricing math head-to-head.

Week-by-week realistic timeline

Both bundles produce a measurable 4–8-week subjective signal, an 8–12-week soft-biomarker shift, and a 6–12-month methylation-clock / dermal-density readout window. The table below maps which signals show up when, anchored to the published trial endpoints. "Week 0" = day of first dose.

Window Longevity Stack — NAD+ / sirtuin / metabolic Beauty Stack — collagen / barrier / keratin What to log
Days 1–7 NMN absorption begins immediately; whole-blood NAD+ pool starts climbing. Resveratrol single-dose Cmax at ~1.5 hr post-dose (Walle 2004 PMID 14724063). No subjective signal expected this window. HA appears in plasma at 6 hr (Kawada 2014 PMID 25144625); collagen Pro-Hyp / Hyp-Gly fragments at 1–2 hr (Iwai 2005 PMID 16076145). No visible skin signal yet. Baseline subjective: sleep quality 1–10, energy 1–10, skin / hair / nail photographs (consistent lighting), waist / weight if relevant. Note any GI tolerance.
Wk 2–4 Earliest energy / sleep-recovery / soft-endurance signals (anecdotal; not a Trammell-cohort endpoint). NAD+ pool approaching steady-state per Trammell 2016 NR-cohort time-course. Stratum-corneum hydration starts shifting (corneometer measurable but not yet visible to patient). Hair / nail still in growth-pool flush from before supplementation. Re-score sleep / energy / cognitive 1–10. Photograph face under same lighting.
Wk 4–8 Trammell-window NAD+ steady-state. Subjective energy / soft-endurance signal stabilizes. Yoshino-window approaching for muscle insulin sensitivity readout. Oe 2017 corneometer +8.5 % window opens at week 8. Asserin-precursor signals start. If lab access: HOMA-IR, fasting insulin, hsCRP. Photograph progression.
Wk 8–12 Yoshino 2021 muscle-insulin-sensitivity window (10-week endpoint). Pencina 2023 6-min-walk / muscular-endurance window. Goh 2014 fasting-glucose / HbA1c shift if continued. Proksch 2014 elasticity +18 % window (cutometer R2 endpoint). Asserin 2015 dermal-density +14 % window opens. Bolke 2019 wrinkle-volume −20 % readout starts at week 12. If aesthetic-derm access: VISIA / cutometer / corneometer reading. Standardized full-face photograph.
Mo 3–6 Demidenko 2021 6-month methylation-age window opens. If on a TruDiagnostic / Horvath / GrimAge / DunedinPACE clock, this is the first re-test point that captures meaningful change. Hochman 1993 nail-thickness +25 % readout (6-month endpoint). Visible nail-bed thickness change. Hair-density signal at month 4 if Patel-cohort responsive. Re-test biological-age clock if on one. Re-test hsCRP, fasting insulin, ApoB, 25-OH-D, homocysteine, HbA1c. Compare full-face photographs to baseline.
Beyond Mo 6 Long-term-cohort domain. The Demidenko 2021 cohort showed continued ΔDNAm-age divergence at month 6+. NAD+ pool maintained at steady-state; sirtuin activation ongoing. Asserin 2015 dermal-density signal maintained at 6-month follow-up. Bolke 2019 wrinkle-volume signal extended to 12-month follow-up in the open-label extension. Re-test annually if on biological-age clocks; re-photograph every 90 days. Decide whether to escalate to Tier 3 advanced.

Drug interactions and precautions

The actives in both bundles have favorable safety profiles in healthy adults but interact meaningfully with several common medication classes. Discuss the full active list with your prescriber before adding either bundle if you are on any of the following.

  • Anticoagulants — warfarin / apixaban / rivaroxaban / dabigatran. Resveratrol has weak antiplatelet activity at supplemental doses (Olas 2002 PMID 11848920; reviewed Bhatt 2012). Pause 7 days before elective surgery, monitor INR week 4 if on warfarin. Vitamin K2 (in the Tier 2 add-on D3+K2) can shift warfarin INR — discuss dose with your prescriber.
  • Antiplatelets — aspirin / clopidogrel. Same antiplatelet additive concern as above. Monitor for bruising / nosebleeds if combining.
  • Diabetes medications — metformin / sulfonylureas / insulin / GLP-1 agonists. Resveratrol improves insulin sensitivity (Timmers 2011); NMN improves muscle insulin sensitivity (Yoshino 2021); berberine is an AMPK activator (Yin 2008). All three can lower blood glucose — risk of hypoglycemia if added to existing glucose-lowering medication. Monitor fasting glucose; talk to prescriber about dose adjustment.
  • Statins — atorvastatin / rosuvastatin / simvastatin. No PK interaction with NMN, resveratrol, collagen, biotin, HA. CoQ10 supplementation (Tier 3 add-on) improves statin-related myalgia (Banach 2015 PMID 25658435). Berberine stacks additively for LDL-lowering.
  • SSRIs / SNRIs / MAOIs. Resveratrol has weak MAO-A inhibition at high doses; serotonergic-additive concern with MAOIs primarily. Discuss with prescriber if on MAOIs.
  • HRT (hormone replacement therapy). Resveratrol is mildly phytoestrogenic; effect at supplemental doses is small. Discuss with prescriber if on HRT for breast-cancer-history patients.
  • Active cancer treatment. Defer the entire protocol — both bundles — during active chemotherapy or radiation. Resume 4–6 weeks post-completion under oncologist guidance. Sirtuin activation during active treatment has theoretical interaction with topoisomerase-targeted chemotherapy.
  • Pregnancy & lactation. Marine Collagen / HA / Vit-C are well tolerated in pregnancy; NMN, resveratrol, biotin (high-dose >5 mg), and berberine are not adequately studied in pregnancy. Defer the Longevity Stack and the Biotin component during pregnancy / lactation; the Marine Collagen + HA + Vit-C arm is the partial-Beauty-Stack maintained.
  • Stage-3+ chronic kidney disease. Discuss high-protein collagen load with nephrologist. Discuss NMN dose with nephrologist (NMN is excreted partly via the methylated nicotinamide pathway via NNMT).
  • Severe hepatic impairment / CYP3A4-active medications. Resveratrol is metabolized primarily by phase-II glucuronidation (UGT1A1, UGT1A6); minimal CYP3A4 interaction at supplemental doses. Discuss with prescriber if on tacrolimus, cyclosporine, or other narrow-therapeutic-window CYP3A4 substrates.
  • Surgery — pause both bundles 7 days pre. Resveratrol antiplatelet effect; high-dose biotin immunoassay interference if pre-op labs include immunoassay-format markers.
  • Biotin + immunoassay bloodwork — 72-hour washout. The Beauty Stack contains 10 mg / day biotin. Pause 72 hours before TSH, troponin, hCG, vitamin-D, NT-proBNP, or other streptavidin-biotin immunoassay-format bloodwork (FDA 2017 safety communication; Holmes 2017 PMID 27892471).
  • Under-18. Pediatric-supplement use should be discussed with a pediatrician. Neither bundle is dose-validated for under-18 cohorts.

Who the Most Popular bundles are for

Nine cohorts make up the bulk of repeat-purchase. Each has a slightly different starting point, but the bundle pricing (~25 % / ~37 % off) and the within-bundle cofactor envelope are the consistent draw across all of them.

  • Adults 35–50 — first-slope window. 1 %/year collagen decline + NAD+ curve inflection in the late 30s. Asymptomatic at visible-aging level but slower recovery + sleep-debt repayment. Pick by dominant concern.
  • Adults 50–70 — steep-decline window. NAD+ ~50 % of age-20 (Massudi 2012); collagen ~30 % of age-30. Both bundles together as Tier 2 daily floor.
  • Biological-age-test clients (TruDiagnostic / Elysium / GlycanAge / DunedinPACE). Methylation-clock readout = objective endpoint. Demidenko 2021 6-month window is first re-test point.
  • Lifespan / Outlive / Huberman / Attia / Patrick podcast-circuit readers. Sinclair canonical 4-product stack starts with Longevity Stack + D3+K2 + Berberine from Foundational Health. Attia Outlive Zone 2 + lift + protein integrates with Marine Collagen 5 g dose.
  • Pre-conception couples. CoQ10 + NMN-precursor pathway supports oocyte mitochondrial energetics (Ben-Meir 2015 PMID 26010206). Multi-month pre-conception window; discuss with reproductive specialist.
  • Post-menopausal women — Brincat-window. 30 %-loss-in-first-5-years post-menopausal collagen (Brincat 1987 PMID 3120894). Highest-leverage intervention window for the Beauty Stack.
  • Men 40+ noticing recovery decline. Endurance recovery, soft-tissue elasticity, sleep-quality and cognitive-flexibility softening map onto the NAD+ / sirtuin axis. Longevity Stack is the canonical men-40+ entry pairing.
  • Clinicians / integrative cardiologists / longevity-medicine consultants. Either bundle is the single most-recommended end-of-consult patient hand-off — complete cofactor envelope, RCT-dosed, 30-day subjective signal.
  • Gift-givers / overwhelmed first-time supplement shoppers. Two bundles, two clear use-cases, no decision-fatigue.

Not for: <18, pregnancy / lactation (defer Longevity Stack and high-dose biotin), active chemotherapy / radiation, stage-3+ CKD, severe hepatic impairment, anyone within 7 days of elective surgery.

Quality, sourcing, and analytical standards

Every active in both bundles is manufactured against the same eleven-criterion analytical standard applied across the True Health Protocol catalog. Per-batch Certificates of Analysis are available on request via support@ with the batch / lot number printed on the bottle base.

  • Trial-validated dosing. NMN 500 mg (Yoshino 2021 / Tarantini 2019 / Igarashi 2022 / Pencina 2023 cohort range). Resveratrol 600 mg trans-resveratrol (Goh 2014 / Timmers 2011 dose-response midpoint). Marine Collagen 5,000 mg (Proksch / Asserin RCT dose). Biotin 10,000 mcg (Hochman 1993 cohort + pharmacological-saturation range). HA 200 mg (Oe 2017 / Kawada 2014 RCT dose).
  • Identity assay — HPLC. Resveratrol ≥98 % trans-isomer (cis-isomer is biologically inactive at SIRT1; the polyphenol-degradation product). NMN ≥99 % β-anomer (α-anomer is essentially inactive at the NAMPT salvage step). Both run on each lot, archived for 24 months.
  • Identity assay — collagen molecular-weight. Marine Collagen GPC (gel-permeation chromatography) bandwidth at 2–3 kDa — the Iwai 2005 / Shigemura 2009 bioavailable peptide-fragment range. Kjeldahl total protein ≥97 %.
  • Identity assay — HA molecular-weight. Hyaluronic Acid sub-50 kDa (Kawada 2014 cohort range — high-MW HA is >1 MDa and does not survive digestion).
  • Heavy-metal panel — ICP-MS. Pb, Hg, Cd, As-inorganic against California Prop 65 limits (Pb <0.5 µg/d, Hg <0.1 µg/d, Cd <4.1 µg/d, As-inorganic <10 µg/d) plus the FDA EAFUS thresholds. Reported per-batch.
  • Microbial — USP <2021> / <2022>. Total aerobic count, total yeast/mold, E. coli, Salmonella, Staphylococcus aureus. Per-lot.
  • Residual solvents — USP <467>. Ethanol, methanol, isopropanol, ethyl acetate, DMSO at sub-ICH-Q3C limits.
  • Manufacturing — 21 CFR Part 111 cGMP. FDA-registered facility. SOP-driven manufacture-and-fill workflow, batch records archived for 24 months.
  • No proprietary blends. Each active is dosed at its mg-per-capsule transparently on the Supplement Facts panel.
  • No titanium dioxide (E171). EFSA 2021 ruling reclassified TiO2 as no-longer-safe as a food additive; we use vegetable HPMC capsules with non-TiO2 colorants.
  • Vegetable HPMC capsules. Plant-cellulose capsules suitable for vegetarian / kosher / halal customers. The marine collagen sachets are pescatarian, not vegetarian.
  • Per-batch CoA. Email support@ with the lot number printed on the bottle base; CoA returned within 48 hr as a PDF.
  • Amber HDPE bottles, 24-month shelf life. NMN benefits from refrigeration once opened (slows nicotinamide-degradant accumulation by ~3×). Resveratrol, marine collagen, biotin, HA are room-temperature stable.
  • 30-day return policy. Unopened or one-bottle-opened returns accepted within 30 days for any reason.

Bundle vs singles — when to break the bundle

Three legitimate reasons to buy singles instead of the bundle:

  1. Dose escalation. Finished one Longevity Stack cycle and escalating NMN 500 mg → 1,000 mg? Buy NMN 1,000 mg Double Strength as a single and continue Resveratrol from the bundle.
  2. Biotin bloodwork pause. Recurring TSH / troponin / hCG immunoassay readouts? Buy Marine Collagen single and add Biotin separately so you can pause biotin alone without breaking collagen / HA / Vit-C continuity.
  3. Asymmetric consumption. Marine Collagen 5 g/day burns faster than HA 200 mg/day or Biotin 10 mg/day. Some customers re-order Marine Collagen alone mid-cycle.

For first-time purchase, repeat-cycle re-order, gift, or clinician hand-off, the bundle pricing (~25–37 % off) is the better economics.

How to measure improvement

Three tiers of measurement, stratified by cost and effort. The free tier captures most of the day-to-day signal; standard labs capture metabolic / inflammatory shifts; specialized longevity testing captures methylation-clock readouts on the 6–12-month timescale.

Free — subjective trackers

  • Sleep / HRV tracker. Oura / Whoop / Garmin / Apple Watch. Track sleep time, deep + REM %, HRV, resting HR. NMN / sirtuin protocols typically produce HRV uplift and resting-HR drop in week 4–8; collagen / HA protocols typically have no sleep-tracker signal.
  • Daily 1–10 scoring. Energy, sleep quality, mood, cognitive sharpness, exercise recovery, joint comfort, skin / hair / nail subjective. Aggregate 8-week trend > single day.
  • Standardized photographs. Week 0, 4, 8, 12, 26, 52. Same lighting, camera, time of day, makeup-free, neutral expression.
  • Sit-rise test (Brito 2014 PMID 23966304). Predicts mortality in adults 51–80. Re-score every 3 months.

Standard labs — quarterly to semi-annual ($50–200)

  • hsCRP target <1 mg/L. HbA1c <5.5 %, HOMA-IR <1.5. ApoB <90 mg/dL primary / <60 secondary.
  • 25-OH-Vit-D target 40–60 ng/mL. Homocysteine <9 µmol/L. Ferritin / TSH baseline.
  • Liver enzymes (ALT / AST / ALP / GGT) baseline + 90 d. Lipid panel baseline.

Specialized longevity testing — annual ($200–500+)

  • TruDiagnostic TruAge / Elysium Index / Horvath / GrimAge / DunedinPACE / PhenoAge — DNAm biological-age clocks aligned to the Demidenko 2021 6-month window.
  • Jinfiniti Intracellular NAD+ Test — validates NMN-protocol response. Omega-3 Index target 8 %. GlycanAge IgG-glycan readout.
  • VO2max — single most-predictive non-genetic mortality marker (Kodama 2009 meta-analysis). DEXA scan annual.
  • Cutometer / corneometer / 22-MHz dermal-density ultrasound — aesthetic-derm clinic readouts. The Asserin / Proksch endpoint instruments.

Common myths and corrections

  • "I should feel something in week one." No. NMN steady-state at week 4–8 (Trammell 2016). Resveratrol metabolic remodeling at week 6 (Timmers 2011). Collagen elasticity at week 8 (Proksch 2014). Nail thickness at month 6 (Hochman 1993). Calibrating expectations to the 4–8-week subjective window is the single most important determinant of whether a first-time customer stays on protocol long enough to feel a difference.
  • "NMN was banned by the FDA." Partial. The 2022 FDA NDI reclassification removed NMN from the US dietary-supplement category (because Metro International was pursuing IND status). NMN remains a legal dietary ingredient elsewhere worldwide; FDA enforcement-discretion posture has relaxed; Yoshino 2021 / Pencina 2023 post-date the ruling and continue to validate dose-response.
  • "Resveratrol doesn't work in humans." Dose-dependent. Yoshino 2012 (75 mg in non-obese women) — no effect. Timmers 2011 (150 mg in obese men × 30 days) — dispositive metabolic remodeling. Goh 2014 (1 g in T2D) — glycemic control. The "doesn't work" papers are under-dosed cohorts; the 600 mg True Health dose is at the validated mid-tier.
  • "Collagen is just digested to amino acids." Resolved analytically. Iwai 2005 + Shigemura 2009 measured Pro-Hyp / Hyp-Gly dipeptides in plasma 1–2 hr post-dose. These intact dipeptides bind fibroblast receptors and signal procollagen-Iα1 transcription. The objection predates the 2005 mass-spec work.
  • "Bundles are for beginners — serious users buy singles." Backwards. The bundle composition is the Sinclair / Howitz / Yoshino / Proksch canonical pairing — there is no "more advanced" version at the same dose-validated published-trial level. The 25–37 % discount applies daily, not just on first order.
  • "Take everything, every day, forever." Wrong for the senolytic layer. Fisetin (Tier 3) is monthly-pulse — Hickson 2019 D+Q used 2 consecutive days per month. Senescent-cell burden is a slow-accumulating pool that does not need continuous clearance.
  • "A multivitamin covers all of this." Multivitamins cover RDA-level micronutrient adequacy. They do not contain trial-anchored doses of NMN, resveratrol, marine collagen, HA, biotin at 10 mg, fisetin, urolithin A, or spermidine. The Twelve Hallmarks (López-Otín 2013 / 2023) are downstream of supra-RDA active doses, not RDA maintenance.
  • "Supplements aren't science." The trial cluster anchored to either bundle: PMID 33888596 (NMN) / 22055504 (resveratrol) / 12939617 (sirtuin) / 23949208 (collagen elasticity) / 26362110 (dermal density) / 28805671 (oral HA) / 8477615 (biotin nail) / 6261762 (Vit-C mechanism) — all peer-reviewed, all cited above.

Cost tiers and what each one buys you

  • $30–50 / month — single foundation only. One bottle of D3+K2 or Marine Collagen alone. This is the "I want to start somewhere" minimum — covers one mechanism, no cofactor envelope. Most customers at this tier do not feel a measurable signal at 30 days because the cofactor pairing is missing.
  • $75–110 / month — Tier 1 entry, one bundle. Either the Longevity Stack Bundle or the Beauty & Longevity Stack alone. Complete cofactor envelope inside the box; trial-anchored doses; 30-day cycle. The single highest signal-to-noise per dollar in the catalog. Most-recommended starting point.
  • $150–220 / month — Tier 2 daily, both bundles + foundation. Both bundles + D3+K2 + Berberine. The Sinclair-canonical-aligned daily floor. Targets the eight-of-twelve López-Otín hallmark coverage and produces the 6–12-month methylation-clock window.
  • $300–450 / month — Tier 3 advanced, full hallmark coverage. Tier 2 + Liposomal NAD+ Ultimate + Pterostilbene + Fisetin (monthly pulse) + Urolithin A + Spermidine. The full Twelve Hallmarks coverage. Indicated for biological-age-test clients aiming to actually move a methylation-clock readout. The Demidenko 2021 (PMID 34688337) 6-month ΔDNAm-age −7-years cohort approximates this composition; cost-per-year-of-DNAm-age-reversal in that cohort backs out to ~$30 / year-reversed (advanced longevity-supplement spend per delta-year of measured biological-age regression — comparable to the CaAKG cohort cost-anchor).

Frequently asked questions

Q: Longevity Stack or Beauty Stack first? Pick the one matching your most-visible aging concern. Energy / sleep / metabolic / cognitive → Longevity Stack. Skin / hair / nails / visible aging → Beauty Stack. Re-evaluate at week 8 and consider stacking both.

Q: Can I take both bundles together? Yes. Mechanistically independent (NAD+/sirtuin axis vs collagen/barrier/keratin axis). No cross-interaction. Most Tier 2 daily-floor protocols include both.

Q: How long until I feel something? Subjective signal at week 4–8. Soft-biomarker signal at week 8–12. Methylation-clock / biological-age readout at month 6–12 (Demidenko 2021 window). The 4–8-week window is make-or-break for stay-on-protocol.

Q: NMN vs NR — which is better? Both converge on NAD+ salvage via NMNAT and raise NAD+ pool to similar steady-state. NMN has the more recent dose-finding RCT (Yoshino 2021, Pencina 2023). If you're already on NR successfully, no need to switch.

Q: Do I need TMG with the Longevity Stack? Probably not at 500 mg/day NMN. Methyl-donor support becomes relevant at chronic NMN >1,000 mg/day. At 500 mg, methyl-donor stress is below the relevance threshold for healthy adults with typical dietary choline.

Q: Take the Longevity Stack with food? Yes — with a fat-containing meal. Resveratrol bioavailability rises ~3–4× with dietary fat (la Porte 2010 PMID 20232944). NMN absorption is not significantly food-affected.

Q: My skin / nails haven't changed at week 4 — is the Beauty Stack working? Almost certainly yes, below visible threshold. Corneometer first (week 4–8), elasticity (week 8–12), wrinkle volume (week 12+), nail thickness (month 6 — visible nail grows ~3 mm/month). Continue.

Q: Beauty Stack during pregnancy? Marine Collagen + HA + Vit-C arm: well tolerated. Biotin at 10 mg/day: defer (not adequately studied). Standard recommendation: partial-Beauty-Stack with biotin re-introduced post-lactation.

Q: I'm on warfarin / DOACs — Longevity Stack OK? Discuss with prescriber first. Resveratrol has weak antiplatelet activity (Olas 2002). Pause 7 days before elective surgery.

Q: Cycle on / off? No cycling rule for daily continuous actives. Senolytic layer (fisetin, Tier 3) IS monthly-pulse. Otherwise continuous daily dosing matches the published-trial paradigm.

Q: Certificate of Analysis (CoA) for my batch? Email support@ with the lot number; CoA returned within 48 hr as PDF. Includes HPLC identity, ICP-MS heavy metals, USP microbial, residual solvents.

Q: NAD+ IV vs oral NMN? Different mechanisms. IV NAD+ produces transient intravascular peaks (NAD+ does not cross plasma membranes well; rapid CD38 degradation). Oral NMN feeds NAD+ salvage via NMNAT for sustained intracellular rise. Yoshino 2021 / Pencina 2023 are oral NMN cohorts; IV NAD+ has thinner published biomarker-shift evidence.

Q: My biological-age clock didn't move at 6 months — protocol failing? The Demidenko 2021 ΔDNAm-age −7-years finding is cohort mean, not individual. Clock noise is ~1–2 years between same-individual readings. Two consecutive 12-month readings with no movement is the more meaningful "not responding" signal — consider escalating Tier 1 → Tier 2 → Tier 3.

Q: Can I gift either bundle? Yes — both are the most-common gift purchases. Each ships with a clear single-use-case framing and trial-anchored doses, so neither requires the gift recipient to understand stack composition before using it correctly.

Disclaimer

These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Consult your physician before beginning any supplement protocol — particularly if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, taking prescription medications (especially anticoagulants, antiplatelets, glucose-lowering agents, statins, or thyroid replacement), have an active medical condition (cancer in active treatment, chronic kidney disease stage 3+, severe hepatic impairment), are scheduled for surgery, or are running a streptavidin-biotin immunoassay format bloodwork (TSH, troponin, hCG, vitamin D, NT-proBNP). The published trial endpoints cited above describe cohort means with substantial inter-individual variation; individual response varies. The Most Popular collection auto-populates from the Shopify tag=Bundle rule and currently contains the Longevity Stack Bundle and the Beauty & Longevity Stack — both at trial-anchored doses, both manufactured under 21 CFR Part 111 cGMP at FDA-registered facilities, both with per-batch Certificates of Analysis available on request via support@.
