Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be unused, in original sealed packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • We do not accept returns on opened or partially used supplements.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please email us at support@truehealthprotocol.health with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used supplements
  • Items returned after 30 days from delivery
  • Items not in original packaging
  • Gift cards

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@truehealthprotocol.health. We will arrange a prepaid return label and ship you a replacement at no additional cost.
