NMN Capsules
NMN (nicotinamide mononucleotide) is a compound the body uses to make NAD+, a coenzyme involved in how cells turn food into energy.
What the research can and cannot tell us
NAD+ levels are studied in healthy-aging research. Human trials of NMN supplements so far have been small and short, and they mostly measure NAD+ levels in the blood. They do not show that NMN slows aging, extends life or prevents disease.
