Resveratrol Capsules
Resveratrol is a plant compound (a polyphenol) found in small amounts in grapes, berries and peanuts.
What the research can and cannot tell us
Resveratrol is widely studied in laboratory and animal research on aging. Results in people have been mixed and come mostly from small, short trials. It is not proven to slow aging or prevent disease. Resveratrol may affect blood clotting, so ask your doctor before taking it if you use blood thinners.
